Kristine founded Shine Talent in 2017 after more than twenty years as a C-level executive working at Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. She was the founding CRO of PopSugar, bringing the company to market and scaling the company for the first five years of the business. She also led numerous teams at Microsoft and in her last operating role she was the President of the San Francisco Chronicle, where she transformed the business by launching three new revenue streams for the company. Kristine built Shine Talent to marry her passion to her work, which is helping people and companies realize their potential.
inBefore joining Shine Talent, Cass had a 20+ year career working with agencies and brands direct. In her most recent role, she was the Chief Operating Officer of Arnold and Havas Media Boston where she was responsible for doubling the agency's revenue in just two years. Since joining Shine Talent in 2022 Cass has recruited numerous VP-C-level leaders leveraging her deep expertise across media, technology and creative. Cass' operating background allows her to build immediate connections with candidates and to assess their skills while evaluating the intangible qualities required to match an organization's culture.
inDaphne, a former marketer for companies such as Starwood Hotels and Century 21, is an inquisitive leader who has a particular passion for getting to the heart of a career story and sussing out what makes someone tick. As a Principal Recruiter, she conducts thorough, indepth interviews to ensure our candidates have a clear understanding of the role responsibilities and companies we are recruiting for, and, in collaboration with our Partner Recruiters, she helps identify the “star” candidates we put into our search processes and introduce to our clients. Daphne’s background as a marketer gives her a unique perspective on talent assessment, as she has often been in the shoes of the candidates we are interviewing.
inHope is a recent graduate from Hamilton College where she received a B.A. in History. While an undergraduate, Hope held numerous internships and has volunteered at a number of nonprofits which solidified her passion for people and their professional growth. Mapping well to her work at Shine Talent, Hope was a Recruitment and Training Associate at Hamilton College where she led the recruitment process and marketing strategy for the Advance Intern Development Program. Today Hope works closely with the Shine Talent team to research top prospective candidates and to coordinate activities across our client portfolio.
